Obituary for Rose Anna “Sue” Scruggs Snodgrass

Rose Anna Scruggs Snodgrass, known by many as Sue, age 69, of College Park, Georgia, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019. She was born October 4, 1950 in Alliance, Ohio, the daughter of the late Armer Scruggs and the late Gladys Pitman. Ms. Snodgrass worked as a chef and was of the Christian faith.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Trevino Perkins; her granddaughter, Brittany Warner and her brother, Marvin Scruggs.
Ms. Snodgrass is survived by her daughter and her significant other, Yvette Perkins and Goldie Smith of College Park; her sisters and brother in law, Ella Donald of Cleveland, Ohio, Sallie and George Smith of Cleveland, Ohio and Margaret Clark of Canton, Ohio; her brother, Ernest Scruggs of Canton, Ohio; four grandchildren, Nolan, Serviano, De’Marcus and Gena; two great grandchildren, Junior and Namaria; a host of nieces and nephews, extended family and friends; and special son and his wife, Glenn and Tawana Williams of North Carolina.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 15, 2019 at 11:00 AM from the Temple of Faith Church of God. Interment will follow at Alliance City Cemetery.

Condolences

To the Scruggs Family and Perkins Family our condolences go out to you at this time. I remember the wonderful memories with my always be sister-in-law. As a kid she was always there for me and our family. I have fond memories of her letting me drive her Ford mustang and making sure the tank was on full. The times she supported our mother and family during some important times. Sue will always be missed in our hearts. Please remember she will always be looking down on us!
