  • Dear Karen and Jan, Words cannot express the heartache we feel on the loss of your momma. She was such a sweet, kind, loving person to all of our family and was always like an older sister to me. The care and love she shared with our mom was very special and we will always remember her for that. Your mom and dad are together again. She was the last of the “Porch Ladies” and now they are all reunited. All our love, sympathy and prayers to your families. Cousin Mike and Julie Morris

  • We are so sorry to hear this sad news. Mrs. Bennett was always a lady of grace and beauty who loved the Lord. We are praying for your family. Bill and Janet Warren

  • I was always told growing up that I looked like my Aunt Earlene, what a nice compliment. Her smile will forever be in my heart. She was an awesome prayer warrior and true woman of God….

  • My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family. Nehemiah 8:10 Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength. God Bless!

  • One the most kind, soft spoken beautiful woman I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I was lucky enough for my Dad (Pete Meek) and I to have sat with her at the July 4th picnic at Second Baptist Church this past year. I will always remember her kindness and the bright light always surrounding her. Love to Karen, Jan and families. Love, Pam Chisolm

  • My prayers are with the family. Ms Earlene was such a precious Christian woman that any woman could pattern her life after this Godly woman. She will be missed. Karen Parker

  • My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time of loss.

  • Such a precious soul. I will always remember her kindness and thinking she was so beautiful when I was a child growing up at Second Baptist Church of Douglasville. She will be sorely missed by so many.
