Obituary For Marion “Tony” A. Bailey

Marion A. (Tony) Bailey, 88, of Smyrna, Georgia (currently residing in Winston) passed away on April 22, 2022. He was born on May 5, 1933, the son of the late Vesta H. Bailey and the late Marion C. Bailey.
Tony was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed the company of his family and friends. He was a C.B. radio operator, had a love for music, computers, bowling, fishing, and learning. Mr. Bailey courageously served in the Navy during the Korean War.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Paul Raymond Bailey.
Mr. Bailey is survived by his wife, Joyce Bailey; his children Paul and Sandy Bailey, Marcus Bailey, Shawn and Carey Brown, Connie Thomson; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Riverview Memorial Garden 5411 South Cobb Dr. SE Smyrna, Georgia 30080 with Paul Bailey and Ricky Jackson officiating.
