I knew Linda from as early as when I was a teenager. She was the beloved grandmother and grandmother in law to my niece Kacey, nephew Brandon, and niece in law Shannon. For many years, she and Larry helped me as I was on my own here in Carrollton. She was always willing to be a supportive and guiding person even though I’m no blood relation. That is who she is. I will always hold very fond memories of her and I am so thankful my niece, niece in law, and nephew benefitted from the love she gave to everyone, although especially them.

Thank you so much for sharing your wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother with the Carroll County Community Chorus. She has been a great asset and valuable member. The Board definitely depended on her help and suggestions. She had such a sweet spirit and we truly enjoyed just being with her. Please know how much we will miss her and please accept our condolences. Linda’s Family — I enjoyed knowing Linda through our NGES Family. She always had her sweet smile on display for students, us as Teachers, Staff, Custodians, Bus Drivers, Parents and others with whom she had contact. Her words were soft-spoken and encouraging. We sat across the table at our last Christmas Luncheon at Jim n Nicks, and she shared stories and memories of you all, her Precious Family. Linda will truly be missed. God’s gift of Peace to you. Larry and family, words are so limited to try to express my shared sorrow with you. Linda was a wonderful teacher and friend over the years. Always enjoyed our Christmas New Georgia lunches and running into her when I was in Carrollton. If I am correct, we shared wedding anniversary, June 14. If I get to come to anything it will be the graveside service. My love and prayers will continue to be with all during the coming months. Love, Margie and Tony Chambers
