Obituary For Judith “Judy” Kay McKown

Mrs. Judith “Judy” Kay McKown, age 78 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021. She was born July 27, 1942 in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of the late Mr. Walter B. Crawford and the late Mrs. Betty Lou Humphrey Crawford. Mrs. McKown was a very crafty person. She was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Hugh McKown, Jr.; brother, Robert Crawford.
Mrs. McKown is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Reid Collins of Ashville, North Carolina; sons and daughters-in-laws, Scott and Star Gibson of Lithia Springs, Georgia, Mike and Melissa Gibson of Roswell, Georgia, Len and Tonya Gibson of Union Point, Georgia; twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside Services will be conducted Monday, January 11, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Tim Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Beulah Baptist Church.
