I worked with Master Trooper Price at Post 4 Villa Rica in 1999-2000. I knew him to be a great Trooper, a gentleman, and a great public servant. I was a long way from home while I was assigned to Post 4. Master Trooper Price (like the others I worked with at Post 4) was mindful of the fact that I was a long way from home and separated from my family. He always took the time and was thoughtful to ensure I had what I needed. I am forever grateful for his kindness and thoughtfulness. I offer my condolences and prayers to his family and friends …..”The Big Guy” as I knew him will never be forgotten and should be remembered for all the contributions he made to serve his fellow man. Johnny certainly made the most of his life as he contributed to the lives of others in many ways. RIP GSP 165R. – SFC Jason Ellis #198, DPS Office of Professional Standards
