Local Funeral Home Recognized as “Best of the Best”

This prestigious recognition honors firms for their development and execution of an innovative and creative program or service that had a positive impact on the families or communities they served. Only eight funeral homes in the country were awarded this honor this year. “For Jones-Wynn Funeral Home to receive this award is the community’s assurance that they are receiving the finest in funeral service.” Richard Myers, the Past President of the National Funeral Directors Association. “The Best of the Best Award was designed to highlight the truly unique ideas being implemented in funeral homes across the country,” said NFDA Chief Executive Officer Christine Pepper.
